MZ 4 is a powerful diesel-electric locomotive with a rich history in both Denmark and Sweden. Originally built in 1981 by Henschel in Germany for the Danish State Railways (DSB), it was known as ME 1513. Today, it operates in Sweden under the name TMe 1513, owned by Nordic Re-Finance AB.

History
